3. Service Description
Tensora provides online educational courses in AI and machine learning. Courses are delivered asynchronously via digital materials, supplemented by written feedback, peer review, or scheduled mentoring sessions depending on the course selected. We endeavour to keep the Service available during normal operating hours but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Course content is designed for educational purposes. Availability of specific course cohorts or mentoring schedules is subject to change with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a Course, in which case enrolled learners will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion.
4. User Accounts
Certain features of the Service may require you to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where you have not notified us promptly.
We may suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe has been compromised or used in breach of this Agreement.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Service. In particular, you must not:
- Share your account credentials or course access with third parties

6. Intellectual Property
All Content made available through the Service, including course materials, exercises, code samples, videos, and feedback templates, is owned by or licensed to Tensora and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Upon enrolment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Content solely for your own educational purposes during the course period. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute Content to third parties
- Create derivative works from Content for commercial purposes
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from Content
Work that you produce as part of course exercises remains yours. By submitting it within the Service, you grant Tensora a limited licence to use it for the purpose of providing feedback and, in anonymised form, for improving course quality.
7. Payment Terms
Course fees are as listed on our website at the time of enrolment and are denominated in Thai Baht (THB). Fees are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is due in full at the time of enrolment.
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Enrolment is confirmed only once payment has been received and verified.
Refund policy: You may request a full refund within 7 days of enrolment provided you have not accessed more than the first module of the Course. After this period, or if you have accessed more than the first module, no refund is available unless we have materially changed or withdrawn the Course. Refund requests should be submitted to [email protected]. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
8. Course-Specific Terms
Enrolment: Access to course materials begins once enrolment is confirmed. Each course has an expected duration (approximately 10 weeks part-time for AI Programming Essentials; variable for other courses) but you are responsible for managing your own study schedule.
Completion records: AI Programming Essentials includes a course completion record issued upon satisfactory completion of all required exercises. Completion records reflect participation in the course and are not professional qualifications or accredited certifications.
Feedback and mentoring: Instructor feedback is provided on a schedule described in each course. Mentoring sessions for Applied AI Mentorship are scheduled in advance; missed sessions may not be rescheduled depending on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling conflicts where possible.
Academic integrity: All submitted work must be your own. Use of AI-assisted writing tools to complete assessments without disclosure is not permitted. We reserve the right to withdraw a completion record if dishonesty is identified after issue.
Cohort participation: Applied AI Mentorship includes access to a cohort community. You agree to engage respectfully and in accordance with Section 5. We may remove a learner from the cohort for conduct that negatively affects other participants.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee any specific learning outcomes, employment results, or career benefits arising from completion of a Course. Educational results depend on individual effort, prior knowledge, and factors outside our control.
The Content is provided for educational purposes only. Nothing in the Service constitutes professional advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for qualified technical, legal, financial, or other professional guidance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tensora's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the Course to which the claim relates in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing in this Agreement limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Thai law.
We are not liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, acts of government, or third-party service failures (force majeure).
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tensora, its instructors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement; (b) your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or other rights; or (c) any content or materials you submit through the Service that causes harm to a third party.
12. Termination
You may discontinue use of the Service at any time. If you wish to withdraw from a Course, refer to the refund policy in Section 7.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately and without notice if you breach this Agreement, if required by law, or if we have reasonable grounds to believe continued access poses a risk to other users or to the integrity of the Service.
Upon termination, your licence to access Content ceases. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13 of this Agreement survive termination.
13. Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to informal negotiation between the parties for a period of 30 days from written notice of the dispute.
If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand, unless applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
Notices: Notices from us to you will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Notices from you to us should be sent to [email protected].
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, or practices. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify enrolled learners by email where practical.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service.
